Father Joe's Villages is one of America's most highly respected providers of comprehensive care to men, women and families in a transitional housing program. Our mission is to provide a community where all people have the opportunity to live to their full potential, where everyone has food, housing, healthcare, education and the means to maintain them.

 

As part of the services provided to the neighbors in need, Father Joe's Villages has various partner agencies in the community of Southern California: St. Vincent de Paul Village, Martha's Village & Kitchen, National AIDS Foundation/Josue Homes, Toussaint Youth Villages, A Children's Village, Toussaint Academy of the Arts and Sciences, Padre Luis Jayme International Outreach.

Some positions require fingerprint clearance through the Department of Social Services and the FBI. All offers of employment are contingent on applicant passing a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening. Some positions require a valid California Driver’s License and the ability to obtain insurance clearance under the company vehicle policy. Verification may be required, refer to job posting for position requirements.

 

Most positions require computer proficiency and demonstrated ability to accurately maintain computerized client data system (client data collection, case notes, logs and incident reports). Data requirements will be dictated by job classification.
