Applications and/or resume must clearly state the position being applied for. Regular full-time and regular part time (20-31 hours a week) positions come with a standard benefits package which includes, medical, dental, pension/401k, life, LTD (long-term disability)a self elect short term disability option and a Reimbursable Medical and Childcare Flex Plan. Father Joe's Villages provides a standard benefit package (see information under Benefits). Each job classification has a pay range and pay/salary is determined by the experience and education stated for the minimum to preferred stated qualifications. Father Joe's Village's has a compensation program based on Pay for Performance and annual reviews. We welcome applications for on-call in residential, food services and some selected program areas where on-call would not be disruptive to program operations. On-call hours are not guaranted.
