Village Lassos Fabulous Fundraiser

The dust has settled and the gala is history.

Guests at Martha’s Village & Kitchen’s 5th Annual Western Gala on February 28 – gussied up with dancin’ copper chaps and red kickin’ boots – made a bundle for the Village.

" Spurred" on by Honorary Chair Mary Bono and Co-chairs Janne Burdick and Carol Slifer, gala goers bid high at the pre-dinner silent auction and later at the live auction. Special honors went to long-time Village supporters Rita and Tom Martin and Le Anne and Dan Dunlap.

Many generous supporting sponsors were recognized by Co-founders Gloria Gomez and Claudia Castorena, including Bill and Denise Hay (Thane Corporation).

In the end, more than 450 gala guests moseyed on out of the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort in Indian Wells ridin’ silver saddles and toting prizes and great memories of raising fun and funds.
