VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Our volunteers make a difference.
They assist clients in many ways, from caring for infants to entertaining seniors.

The Village's broad range of opportunities include:

  • Preparing and serving food or assisting in building maintenance in Support Services.
  • Helping in our Health Clinic as a dentist, doctor, nurse or medical assistant.
  • Caring for and tutoring children in Children’s Services.
  • Tutoring adults in ESL, English, math and computers in the Resource Center.
  • Assisting residents in one of our Residential Programs.
  • Greeting and giving out information at our Front Desk.

Special events volunteers:

St. Vincent de Paul Village also places community service/service-learning volunteers, and groups.

All new volunteers are asked to attend a volunteer orientation, which is held monthly.
